The Gym is available throughout opening hours:
Monday to Friday 06:00 to 20:00
Saturday 08:15 to 12:00
Sunday 09:15 to 15:00
New gym users are offered a free induction on using the exercise equipment. This can be booked for any day Monday to Friday.
Personalised exercise programmes can be tailored to meet individual needs.
